How soon after I purchase and set up a Monitoring Location do your systems start warning me?
Once you set up a Location, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. After that you will receive the initial email checking if your Location is up or down within the time interval you selected. For example: if you select a time interval of 15 minutes on your Location you will receive your initial email within 15 minutes.
When is my billing date?
Your billing date comes every 30 days after the purchase of the group.
What kind of internet addresses can I monitor?
So far we support all HTTP and HTTPS addresses (i.e. http://www.yahoo.com).
When do I receive emails?
You receive emails when the status of your Monitoring Location changes (from down to up and vice versa).
Do I have to own the domain name in order to monitor it?
No, you may monitor any domain name that you wish. You can see if your competitors are down.
